That depends on a few questions like taxes, interest rate, and insurance. I would look for a realtor in your area to help you and direct you to a loan officer who can pre-approve you so you know what your monthly payments would be.

In Wisconsin it usually takes 30 days to close on a condo. An appraisal is done a few days prior to closing. So to answer your question ...around 28 days.

Well...there is not, unless you want a buyer agency. All states are different. I live in Wisconsin and all agents do represent the sellers unless you have a buyer agency with them.

There are many loan officers who offer how to clean up your credit so that you can purchase a home. I would just call and ask if they have a program to help clear up credit. OR I do work with a guy who does wonders. His name is Mark David he works with CMG Financial #262-953-2463

you can but the buyer will need to put those extra items on a bill of Sale instead of on the actual offer because the lender will kick it back do to the reason those items have no value.
