I’m getting ready to list my house and my agent suggested 'virtual AI staging' instead of renting furniture because it’s cheaper. Does this actually help sell the house, or do buyers just feel tricked when they show up to an empty room? Has anyone had success with this?

My fiance and I are beginning the process to buy a home. We're starting to meet realtors to choose one and go forward with the search. Trying to come up with questions to ask the realtor about the home so that we don't make a mistake and also so that we get the most information.

Hi. I have a tree that I think needs to be trimmed before I can list my home for sale but it is on the other side of the sidewalk, is that my property? It was planted when the plan was created and the streets were poured, before my house was built. Who is responsible to pay for that tree to be trimmed?

I'm interested in a home that has a large green space behind it. It is one of the selling points. But i'm not sure if it will always be green space and who owns it or what is planned for it. I don't know how to figure out the address or how to search it in the county website. How can i find out?
