Glad you asked! Percentage rates can vary. You usually get what you pay for. Some rates seem low but have hidden fees at the end of the transaction. Be wary! My suggestion is to go with a Larger Agency that has a GREAT Reputation! Just as you would not buy a Luxury car for the Price of a Jalopy. You get what you pay for.

The majority of Certified Real Estate Agents charge the same commission rate to list a home. There are some Agents that have differing rates based on what services they offer to a client.

No all agents do not charge the same rate of commission. I always recommend interviewing at least 3 Realtors when looking to sell your home.
