What are my options if my house appraises much higher than the offer I accepted? My agent was awful and I think I could have gotten more.

Thank you for your response. The home and land at 7419 county road 315, #1 Terrell, Tx. 75161 was my Grandfather's. His name was Conrad G. Plevnic and he passed away on June 25, 2025. My Grandfather has 1 child living, out of his 3 children. My aunt is the one that notified me of his passing. She and his 5 grandchildren, including myself, are the beneficiaries of his estate. I, Jennifer Lynne Plevnic, am his first born grandchild. My father passed away before my grandfather. I don't know much about probate, so I am doing some homework. Can you help me with this matter? It says online that his lot is 74.3 acres and my aunt says 30 acres. We are definitely going to sell the property and I would like to know what the estimated value is.
