I'd like to test the waters with a private listing to gauge interest in my home. However, will a private listing hurt my sale? If someone is interested in the home, will I get less money from a private listing?

I talked to an agent about selling my home, and I don't agree with what they said. I get that they're the professional, but it feels like they just want to significantly underprice my home so that they can sell it quickly. I get that overpricing will just turn people away, but I want to reach a happy medium between what they said and what I want. Or should I just talk to a different agent about this? We haven't signed anything yet.

I read a story about someone raffling off their house. They sold $1 raffle tickets, and 2 million people bought them! The home was worth $1 million. I'm wondering if this is even allowed?! It seems like a crazy idea, but maybe I'd try it if it was legal/possible.

I'm moving because of my neighbors. They're loud and disrespectful. There have been a lot of issue living next to them. Do I have to tell my agent why I'm moving? I think I would prefer to not reveal this because I'm afraid it will hurt the sale of my house.

We had an issue with our basement flooding 15 years ago. We've fixed the issues and also installed a second sump pump. Haven't had a problem since then. Since the issue is fixed and it's been 15 years of a dry basement, do we need to disclose this? And in general, is there a timeframe for the seller disclosure? For example, does the seller only disclosure issues that have occurred within the past 10 years?

I get calls and texts several times a week of people asking to buy the extra lot. I don’t understand why anyone would want to buy it or how it would work. The land is now between houses. Can you tell me why anyone would want to buy an extra lot in the middle of a neighborhood?
And now I sold the house. what happens now? I wasn't aware that I had to tell the lender that I was going to sell the house. what do I do now?
