Our buyer wants a long list of repairs on the house we're selling. We feel that they're asking for too much and the repairs are unnecessary and picky. We also want the deal to go through. Do you have any advice on what repairs we should perform?
After all the closing costs and commissions are taken out, on average how much of the selling price can I expect to get?

So, the seller usually pays the commission for both agents, right? Who determines the commission rate for the buyer's agent? Can the seller's agent get 2.5% and the buyer's agent get 2%? Or is it always split evenly?
