E-signatures are legally valid in Florida under the Florida Electronic Signature Act and the federal E-SIGN Act, so signing a document electronically is not inherently a problem. The concern is always about what you are signing, not how you are signing it. Hire a licensed real estate agent to represent you. They will ensure all the legal docs are correct and you are protected.

I would contact an attorney to assist with ALL documents you are asked to sign. They can assist with the transaction and protect your interests. Do you have an agent ?
