If you feel there are any discrepancies, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving this lead. This is a bidding contract that you will pay FASTEXPERT, INC 25% referral fee if this lead results in a transaction. Please print and file for your records.
You agreed to pay 25% of the gross "referred-side" commission from the escrow account before any and all deduction or fees. The referral fee due to FASTEXPERT, INC (CA License #01950016) . will be calculated on a minimum of 2% of the gross sale price. If the you represents both a buyer and seller on the same transaction, the referral fee will be 25% of 1/2 of the total gross commission of the transaction. If you are working under a real estate broker, you agree that you have notified your broker and have obtained the broker's consent to use FASTEXPERT, INC. as a lead source. In the event your broker contends that this referral was not authorized you will be liable for the entire Referral Fee. Payment must be made within 10 calendar days of closing date.
Nothing herein shall be deemed to create or establish any brokerage relationship between either broker and Customer. REFERRAL BROKER and Customer shall establish their own brokerage relationship.
