My seller just accepted an offer on his home. We had 11 offers. Of the 11 offers 4 of the buyers had a relative of parent that was a client of my seller. My seller is a retired Dr. My client referred me to his neighbors who are looking to sale and I had 3 other buyers already available for their home.

How do I get a home appraisal?
If the appraisal is for information purposes only that is fine. I can refer you to a local appraiser. If you plan on refinancing or selling your home you may want to wait until the lender for your transaction orders an appraisal. Most lenders will not use a third party appraisal report.
