I am a former board member of the Tidewater Real Estate Investors Group. I am an active investor, former military spouse of 20 years, and top producing real estate agent since 2017. Besides serving my clients, I love going to live music music and art events, hosting jam sessions at my beach house, travel, boating, kayaking, pickle ball, and racquetball.

My fiance, who is also a longtime local top Realtor, investor, and builder and I live in our beach house on Willoughby Spit in Norfolk with our rescue cat, 2 tiny rescue chihuahuas, and we enjoy frequent get togethers with our family, in particular our collective 5 adult children

Pamelas professional attitude and commitment to the end result was the primary reason the sale of my home was quick and stress free. Pam and the Chantel Ray team did a wonderful job, truly going above and beyond to sell our house in Chesapeake! Pamela helped us find (and buy) our first home in Portsmouth, VA. She was always available in the evenings when it was convenient for us and went out of her way a lot of times to show us homes on short notice. How do I check for flood zones before I buy a house?

In the situations like this, I always check with my trusted realtor so they can do an initial look at what the flood zone reads as on our realtor flood maps and then refer you to a trusted insurance broker so they can give you an actual quote on the flood insurance
