There is only one problem with Melanie...We cant take her with us to assist with the purchase of our home at our new location. The first thing that comes to mind when describing Melanie is Above and Beyond. It was evident that from the very fist time we communicated, she genuinely cared about the needs of her clients and took extra steps to ease the process along. She was very professional and patient throughout the entire process of selling our home. She is very knowledgable about the Montgomery area and really knows her stuff when it comes to the ins and outs of real estate. She was always very responsive to texts and phone calls and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response. The process of selling our home was very emotional and Melanie was there every step of the way to be a voice of reason or simply a friendly ear to vent to. She was always willing to offer her personal opinion as to whether something was a good deal or not, but she was also very respectable and never interjected if not asked to do so. We will likely not purchase another home in this area, but if we did, I would not hesitate to reach out to Melanie to use her as an agent in the future. I would recommend her 100 out of 100 times.
