I am your local real estate agent Heather Holmes! I serve both Summit and Stark counties. I went on to pursue my dreams as a real estate agent after teaching third grade for six years. A recent transaction I completed was a couple buying their first home ever together. They were stressed about their timeline and concerned they were not going to find the right one before Christmas. I got started in real estate after teaching third grade for six years. I had my son and wanted more flexibility in my daily schedule but still had a want to help others. I always had an interest in real estate so it just made sense.
I am constantly continuing my education to find new ways to better service my clients. I also do a lot of networking to connect my clients to any contractors that may benefit them.

Start by speaking with a trusted lender! You can share the address with them and they will consider that specific property while getting you pre-approved. Most of the time you may even have more than one option. The lender will present all of those options to you. If you are unsure about a lender, contact a local real estate agent and they can help you by referring you to three lenders they know, like and trust.
