Its really going to depend on your lifestyle. Condos have association fees that will often account for exterior maintenance, landscape, roofs and some utilities so depending on the community you wont have to worry about those items, though they will often have more rules on what kind of pets you can have and where you have to park your car. Single family will often have more freedom on these things depending on the community though you will likely be required to handle your own maintenance.

These are 2 different lifestyles.... A house has different maintenance, a yard, a roof, and things that require more money of upkeep over time. A Condo has association dues that are typically paid monthly that cover those costs. But the difference is what works for your lifestyle. Do you live a busy life and do not want to mow a lawn? Do you have the budget to pay the additional HOA or regime fees that come with a condo? Those will be personal decisions that might help to answer this question...

It depends on your lifestyle and needs. A condo is easier to maintain and often has lower costs, but you may have less privacy. A small house gives you more space and freedom, but you’ll handle more upkeep. Think about what fits your daily life best.
