You can view the home via video call, extensive pictures and video. The inspection is going to be of the most importance and it would be best to have your Representative attend the full inspection and ask questions as they go along. The right house also has a feeling so be sure to convey how you would want to feel in the home and see if it gives the warm and fuzzy to your rep.
